I started out as a real estate agent. I still hold my license at Amplified Real Estate, the brokerage I built. But I figured out pretty early that I cared more about the systems behind a business than the transactions.

I teamed up with Lee Adkins and we started doing operations consulting for real estate teams. That turned into Follow Up Boss work, building out the Smart Lists, Action Plans, Automations, Stages, and Ponds that teams needed to actually follow up with their leads. We became official FUB Partners and ended up building systems for 500+ teams across the U.S. and Canada.
